Choose your model, layout and finishes in the configurator. Sales confirms your price and included services in a personalised offer.

Reserve your project
10% at contract signing
Your project then moves to the BIOBUILDS architecture team.

Develop the plans
Our architect develops your house plans with you and provides the technical drawings your local specialists need.

Permits and site planning
Your local team handles permits, ground surveys, foundations and utilities. Site works follow the final approved drawings.

Approve the final plans
40% to reserve your production slot
Confirm the final drawings, materials and changes.

Built in the factory
40% at the production start notice
We build and check your home in Moreni. Turnkey includes finished interiors; with Exterior-Finished, your team completes them.

Coordinate the delivery
We coordinate transport and installation. You book a local crane supplier, who checks your plot against our lifting requirements.

Installed on your land
10% before mounting
The crane places your home on its foundation. Our team joins and seals the modules; local trades connect the utilities.
09
Handover and support
Inspect your home and receive the handover documents, warranty and Home Passport. Our team remains available for support.
