For context, the Passivhaus standard requires under 15 kWh/m² per year, and the average European home uses 350 kWh/m² per year*.

The standard range includes Nest (24 m²), Wanderlust (48 m²), Serenity (95 m²), Sanctuary (142 m²), and Bloom (190 m²). Infinity is our 48 m² glass-front Founder’s Edition. Layout and finish options depend on the model.

Because our system is fully modular, you can combine as many modules as you need on a single floor. The core models are what we offer as standard; anything beyond is a custom project tailored to you.

Yes. Two delivery options: Turnkey, with interior finishes and systems, or Exterior Finished, with the complete envelope and prepared installations for your interior fit-out.

Exterior options include Yakisugi charred wood cladding, Lunawood Thermowood, and painted panels. Interior finishes range from Scandinavian minimal to warm natural wood.
