How it compares
Glamping is a tent or a light seasonal structure, comfortable in summer and empty when the cold comes. A BIOBUILDS modular home is a permanent, A++ efficient building, so it books through winter, holds a premium nightly rate, and lasts for decades. The same guest looking for nature, a far stronger asset behind it.
A cabin and a tiny house win on charm but often lose on comfort and running cost. Infinity is a 48 m² footprint with the build of a full home: carbon-negative, 98% organic, A++ efficient, 54 dB quiet. Guests get the design they travel for, and the low running cost keeps the margin.
The view is the product. An 11.83 m glass front turns a quiet plot into a nature retreat people book months ahead and post about, so the photos market it for free. Zero-energy-ready, it sits where an ordinary rental can't. That is why a glass-front stay in nature commands a premium over a standard room.
A premium modular home behind a full-glass front can earn from €300 a night and book year-round, because A++ efficiency keeps it comfortable and cheap to run in every season. Built for the next century, it keeps earning long after it covers its cost.
It depends on location and finish, but a premium glass-front stay starts around €300 a night, well above a standard cabin. A 24 m² tiny house already pulls €190 to €220 a night in Romania, and Infinity is twice the size behind 11.83 m of glass. A++ efficiency keeps it booked and profitable through the off-season.
The best vacation rental holds a premium rate and books year-round. Infinity does both: a glass-front modular home rated A++, carbon-negative, built to the next century, that earns through the off-season when a standard cabin sits empty. From €300 a night.
Yes. Infinity is zero-energy-ready and A++ efficient, so a heat pump, Swiss ventilation and smart Italian blinds keep it warm in winter and cool under full summer sun. A glass front that would overheat in an ordinary cabin stays comfortable here, and bookable twelve months a year.
The Glass
Yes. The glass is laminated, so it holds together even if cracked. The wall is designed and simulated for European wind, snow, and impact loads.
The custom-designed smart blinds cut solar heat by up to 99%, while the incredibly efficient structure and ventilation take care of the rest. The room stays cool in summer and cozy in winter.
Triple-glazed and laminated, the wall provides sound insulation of approximately 54 dB, near the standard of a recording studio.
Founder's Edition
Two ways: turnkey, fully finished and ready to live in, or Exterior Finished, the complete structure and envelope for you to complete.
Production for the Founder's Edition runs from autumn 2026 through winter 2027.
Yes. Infinity is built around flexibility: open plan, one bedroom, two bedrooms, or anything in between. Custom layouts are subject to extra charges, agreed with the architects.
No. Infinity is still incredibly efficient, built on a Passivhaus-certified Modular structural base. In some climates, the large glass assembly reduces efficiency a little (approximately A++).
