Standard financing, exactly like any other home. Modular is legally classified the same way as traditional construction. (Except we skip the part where it takes 2 years to build.)

Because of the Passivhaus energy rating, most BIOBUILDS homes qualify for green financing programs with preferential terms. Eligibility depends on your bank and local regulations.

Modular is authorized like any other home. Sometimes even easier to approve depending on your municipality.
