Referral

By participating in the “Build Together, Earn Together” referral program, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, and understand that they are subject to change.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Rewards offered under the program are not transferable. They are granted only when a friend/client completes a purchase and correctly enters your referral code in the configurator at the time of the offer, or communicates the code while speaking with a BioBuilds sales agent. Applying the code after the purchase does not qualify for a referral reward.

You are eligible to participate in the Program only if you have completed at least one full BioBuilds purchase or if you have obtained explicit written approval from BioBuilds prior to making any referrals. If you do not meet these criteria, your referral code request will not be accepted. All referral code requests must be submitted through our official form at biobuilds.com/referral

Only one referral code can be used for each Friend’s transaction. A referral reward is earned only when your Friend completes a purchase in full and enters your referral code prior to or during the purchase process. If the code is not entered during the transaction or is submitted after the purchase has been finalized, no referral reward will be granted. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and BioBuilds, nor does it grant you any authority to act on behalf of BioBuilds. The use of any marketing channels, including paid marketing, to derive unintended gains from the referral program is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained prior written approval from BioBuilds. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program and these Terms at any time. Any rewards that have been fully earned before any suspension or termination will be honored unless the participant is found to have violated these Terms. BioBuilds will not be liable for lost opportunities or expectations if the Program is changed or ended.

The Program is subject to all local laws and regulations in the applicable jurisdiction. If your local laws prohibit or restrict your participation, it is your responsibility to comply with those legal requirements and discontinue participation if necessary. If the referral codes are used in a malicious or otherwise improper manner intended to benefit at the expense of BioBuilds and violating our terms and conditions, we reserve the full right to revoke that individual's ability to participate in the referral program. If a dispute arises regarding malpractice, it is your responsibility to demonstrate compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

We offer this program in good faith to reward those who genuinely share our enthusiasm about these homes, and we expect the same good faith in return.
